All claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. However, the Derby RSPCA shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive and other relief in respect of the infringement of intellectual property rights.
