The role of Derby & District RSPCA is to provide help and support for animals and their owners from Derby and the surrounding Derbyshire areas. Our work is invaluable to the lives of the many animals that have suffered from cruelty or neglect.

  • Do you want to do a job which makes a difference? Do you love animals? We currently have Animal Care Assistant Vacancies, so why not come and work with us!
  • Please help us to raise the vital funds we so desperately need to support Snoopys' veterinary bills, after a traumatic experience at the hands of some teenagers who tortured her, she'll require numerous treatments whilst in our care including specialists foods to settle her delicate and elderly tummy.
  • Come along to the Abbey Street Rehoming Centre to learn about Rabbit Awareness. We will be giving out goody bags and holding information stalls regarding the wellbeing of Rabbits, especially in the Summer months! Come along from 10AM - 4PM on 12th August and learn something new!
  • We need you, so we can help them. Do good this summer and hold a Mad Hatter's Tea Party, in support of all the Cheshire Cats, White Rabbits, Door Mice, Dogs and more at your local re-homing Centre on Abbey Street...
  • Join us for a mini tea party at our Charity shop in Ripley. There will be yummy cakes and teas and coffees and perhaps a visit from the mad hatter himself! All funds raised will go towards rehabilitating neglected and cruelly treated animals.
  • Alerted to the case by a kind-hearted member of the public, Marvel was found abandoned - wandering by some bins in Derby City Centre.
