Whether you're celebrating a birthday or special occasion, or are planning an activity or challenge, a Facebook fundraiser is a great way to raise money for the animals in our care. Facebook doesn't charge a fee, so we receive 100% of the money you raise.

Set up your fundraiser

Here are our top tips to help your fundraiser succeed:

Personalise your fundraiser by explaining why you've chosen to support us (this can be added to the 'Why are you raising money?' section). If you're planning an activity or challenge, write about what you're going to do and when.

Spread the word by sharing your fundraiser with your friends, family, and social media followers. If you are active on other social media platforms, share to those too! Anyone can donate to your fundraiser, they don't have to be your friend on Facebook.

Thank people who donate by commenting or sending them a message.

Update your fundraiser if you've completed an activity or challenge so people can celebrate your accomplishment with a donation.
