Our charity shops are full of pre-loved and new goods to tempt you!  Each one is unique, serving the local community and offering a lovely welcome.  We sell everything from clothes and accessories to books and media, bric-a-brac and linens to toys and games, electrics and furniture to cards and socks!

We rely on your generous donations to stock our shops, so please think of us next time you're having a clear-out or have some unwanted items in need of a new home.  Donations can be dropped off at our shops during opening hours - please phone or visit your nearest shop if you have any questions.

Our shops are staffed by managers and a team of volunteers - do get in touch if you'd be interested in joining the volunteer team.  Most shops have changing rooms for you to try on potential purchases, and we accept payment by card, cash, and The Charity Shop Gift Card.

We look forward to welcoming you in store, whether you're browsing, shopping, volunteering or donating.

Collections and deliveries

If you would like to donate a large number of items but don't have transport, please contact your local shop to request a collection.

If you have furniture or white goods to donate and live within 10 miles of Ilkeston, you can request a collection using our simple online form.
