We're a Derby-based, self-funded animal rescue charity licensed by the RSPCA. We help animals who have been in heartbreaking situations, including those who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned, as well as those whose owners have faced hardships or passed away.
Being licensed by the RSPCA, our centre meets stringent standards for trustworthiness and responsibility. We collaborate directly with national RSPCA officers to aid animals in dire situations. Consequently, many animals arrive with complex medical needs, often as a last resort after prolonged suffering. As a small charity, we rely solely on fundraising to sustain our vital work, requiring approximately £12,000 per week to cover rescuing and rehabilitating animals in Derby and the surrounding areas.
